The Real Cost of Waiting
Every year a missing tooth goes unreplaced, the problem gets more expensive to solve.
Bone Loss Starts Immediately
The jawbone under a missing tooth begins to shrink within months. Less bone means more complex, more expensive treatment later.
Neighboring Teeth Shift
Teeth drift into the gap. What starts as one missing tooth turns into bite problems across your whole mouth.
Your Face Changes Shape
Bone loss in the jaw is what causes the sunken look people associate with dentures. Implants preserve the bone.
You Stop Eating What You Love
A lot of people quietly stop eating the foods they love instead of dealing with it. You should not have to.
Your Free Implant Consultation Includes
- An exam with one of our doctors
- A 3D CBCT scan of your jaw, at no charge
- A straight answer on whether implants are a good fit for you
- Your options explained: single implant, implant bridge, implant-supported denture, or All-on-4
No cost for the visit or the scan. No obligation to move forward.

Common Questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation and the 3D CBCT scan cost nothing, and there is no obligation to schedule treatment.
Who will I see?
One of our doctors: John A. Bigler, DDS, FAGD, Arthur Kerle, DDS, Collin Porter, DMD, or Hayden Phillips, DMD.
How much do dental implants cost?
It depends on how many teeth are involved, whether you need grafting, and the type of restoration. That is exactly what the exam and scan help sort out, and the visit itself is free.
Does it hurt?
We use local anesthetic, and IV sedation and conscious sedation are available if you want extra help relaxing. Your doctor will walk you through what to expect before anything starts.
How long does it take?
A single implant is usually placed in a one to two hour visit, followed by about three to six months of healing before the final crown. Replacing a full mouth can sometimes happen in a single day, although healing still takes around three months.
Am I too old for implants?
Age alone is usually not the deciding factor. Your overall health and your bone matter more, and that is what the exam and 3D scan help answer.
What if I have been told I do not have enough bone?
Bone grafting is one of the services we offer, and All-on-4 can be an option for some patients. Your 3D scan shows how much bone you have to work with.
Will insurance cover any of it?
Some dental plans cover part of implant treatment. Bring your insurance card to your consultation so the team can look at what your plan includes.
